Reese family photos at Cottesloe beach

A few days before we left Perth my wonderful friend/ talented photographer, Jade, took family pictures for us. I wanted family pictures in Perth, since Perth is our first home as a family. Despite a grumpy husband (Brandon's idea of torture is having his picture taken), and having to stand outside in the sweltering heat, they turned out perfect and I will treasure them for a life time. Thank you Jade!

Brandon and Lisa's story

Brandon and I were married on June 11, 2008. We have known each other since we were teenagers. We grew up living two blocks away from each other, and both went to West High school. We met up at Utah State University, started dating and the rest is history.

We both graduated from Utah State University with our bachelors degree. Brandon graduated with his bachelors degree in Industrial Hygiene and I graduated in communicative disorders.

In February 2010 we moved to Perth Australia with Brandon's job. He became the regional safety and health manager for Barrick Gold. I completed my masters degree from Curtin University in speech pathology, and worked for 6 months at Next Challenge, a private speech pathology practice for children. On May 21, 2012 we welcomed a beautiful baby girl, Ella, into our family, and on May 7, 2014 welcomed a second beautiful baby girl, Andrea, into our family . Our two girls are our pride and joy!

We are recently moved back to the USA, and are living in Elko Nevada for the next three years or so! This blog is for our family and friends to keep updated on our many adventures. Enjoy the ride! :)
